The Mission Statement of the Viviana Leon Memorial Fund

Eddie and Stacey’s baby girl, Viviana Irene Leon, passed away unexpectedly on June 28th, 2012 at the young age of almost 3 months.  She was a happy smiling little Princess. Their son, Ethan, was especially in love with his baby sister and loved being around her. Thanks to the overwhelming support of family and friends, they have been able to get through this tragedy.

Eddie and Stacey decided they wanted to keep Viviana’s memory alive.  With the help of friends and family, The Viviana Leon Memorial Foundation was created in 2013 and approved by the IRS as a 501 (c) 3 tax deductible charitable foundation. The purpose of the foundation is to annually provide funds to a particular charity decided upon by the foundation's Board of Directors.  The charity chosen will be based on certain guidelines including, but not limited to, research into premature passing of infants, as well as helping families cope with an illness or loss of a child.
